September 11, 2001, gets a second forensic pass in this updated edition of the Loose Change series, written, directed, and edited by Dylan Avery and narrated by actor Daniel Sunjata. The film opens with a survey of past false-flag operations, cases where governments staged or allowed attacks to justify war or expand power, before turning to the official 9/11 narrative and the points where the filmmakers say it breaks down. Physicist Dr. Stephen Jones appears on camera discussing his claim of nano-thermite residue in dust samples from the collapsed World Trade Center towers 1, 2, and 7, presented as physical evidence against the government account. New graphics, interviews, and archival footage replace material from earlier cuts, and the score, composed by Mic Cartier, is entirely new. The result runs nearly twice the length of the edited version that circulated on streaming platforms, restoring sections that version cut. It ends where it began, insisting the official story does not match the physical evidence.
