Every Tuesday, Stephaune Wallace drives into Skid Row in downtown Los Angeles and sets up an operation that feeds and clothes hundreds of homeless people living on those streets. Director Bobby DeMuro follows him through a single day of that routine, from loading supplies to handing out hot meals and clothing block by block, letting the camera stay close on the exchanges between Wallace and the people he knows by name.
