An eyewitness says the men were "squeezing the hell out of him"; by the time police arrive he has stopped breathing, and he dies two weeks later from asphyxiation and brain damage. None of the three men are charged. VICE News follows Corey's father, Craig Stingley, as he pushes Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm to reopen the case, and sits with him in the quiet after a loss that never resolves into legal accountability.
