"Billy" Eduard Albert Meier, a Swiss farmer, claims he was first contacted by an extraterrestrial being named Sfath in 1942, when he was five years old. The film lays out his account in order: Sfath's guidance through 1953, contact with a woman named Asket from what Meier calls the DAL universe through 1964, an eleven-year gap, and then renewed contact in 1975 with Semjase, described as Sfath's granddaughter, continuing with others afterward. Most of the runtime is built from Meier's own photographs and film footage of alleged ships and beings, plus interviews with him and with researchers who have examined his claims. He recounts what he says the Pleiadians/Plejaren taught him on spirituality, technology, environmental collapse, and world peace. The film does not independently verify any of it, and it does not mention the fraud accusations that have followed Meier for decades; the case for and against rests entirely on his testimony and his photographs.
