Underage drinking is a serious issue in the north east of England. The region has the country’s highest percentage of 11 to 15-year-olds drinking alcohol and it also has double the national average of under-18s in treatment for drink related problems. This film follows Phil Tye, a youth worker on the frontline fighting against the drink epidemic, and teenagers are asked why they start so early and drink so much.
