Artist and critic Matt Collings explores the world of mathematical equations, looking at some of the most famous examples in science, including Einstein’s E=mc2 and Newton’s laws of gravity. Along the way he meets Stephen Hawking to talk about black holes, looks up at the planets at an observatory in Cambridge, observes a particle of anti-matter, and sees how the concepts of beauty and elegance have been used by scientists to advance their work.
