Both explorers narrate as they move through the sites, camera in hand, pointing out decaying signage, collapsed structures, and the traces of the exact moment each place was left behind. The episode cuts between the two locations, contrasting a flood-ruined American theme park with a Cold War-era Mediterranean airport frozen by geopolitics, and treats each as a time capsule of the disaster or conflict that emptied it.
