These Terms of Service govern your use of the Gratis Global website at gratisglobal.com and our mobile apps as they become available (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

The short version. Gratis Global is a free directory that points you to documentaries, lectures, courses, and guides hosted elsewhere. We do not host that content and we do not charge for access. Use the Services lawfully and respectfully, and understand that third-party content belongs to its owners and is subject to their terms.

1. What Gratis Global is

The Services are a curated catalog of free learning and cultural resources. We link to and embed content, such as videos and guides, that is made available for free by third parties on platforms like YouTube and Vimeo, on university and archive websites, and elsewhere on the open web. We do not own, host, or control that content, and its availability can change at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

3. Accounts

Some features, such as saving favorites or tracking what you have watched, may require an account. When account features are available, you agree to provide accurate information, to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Services or other users.

The Gratis Global name, logo, design, original text, and the selection and arrangement of the catalog are owned by Gratis Global and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our branding or original materials without permission. Content we link to or embed remains the property of its respective owners.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
