In Accra, Ghana, municipal health workers use AI software developed by African engineers to manage patient care. The film sets these projects against the scale of the problem: of roughly 1.5 billion people across 54 countries, as many as 117 million could face rising sea levels by 2030, and planners in Lagos are studying a floating city designed to adapt to that threat as Africa's population heads toward 3.8 billion by 2100. Interviews with the scientists and entrepreneurs behind each project carry the narration.
