Two young men in Gaza spend their days leaping between rooftops, vaulting walls, and dropping down stairwells in the sport of free running, treating the city's bombed-out and cramped urban terrain as a training ground rather than an obstacle. Al Jazeera follows them through the alleys and concrete lots of the Strip, where movement itself is constrained by blockade and conflict, and shows how they turn that same landscape into a discipline built on speed, balance, and repetition. The film stays close to their practice sessions and their own explanations of what draws them to it: a physical outlet, a community of other runners, and a way to feel some control over space in a place where so much else is restricted. There is little narration beyond their voices and the sound of hands hitting concrete and feet landing on rooftops. It is a short, observational look at a subculture rather than an argument about the occupation, though the politics sit underneath every jump.
