Griselda Blanco built one of the deadliest cocaine networks in Miami history before her empire spread its violence to New York and back to Colombia. This sequel to Cocaine Cowboys leans on Charles Cosby, a small-time Oakland dealer who became her lover and one of the few people willing to talk on camera about her business and her methods. The film follows her rise from Medellin to Miami's cocaine trade in the 1970s and 80s, her reputation for ordering murders herself, including of rivals and former partners, and her eventual arrest and imprisonment. It also traces what happened to the people around her, from hitmen to her own sons, several of whom met violent ends.
