Keith Myatt has spent more than twenty years working toward one goal: a spot in the main event of 1 Pro Wrestling, Britain's biggest wrestling promotion. This short film follows him through the roles that fill his life outside the ring as much as inside it, father, trainer, and wrestler, and shows what two decades of chasing a title match actually costs. The camera stays close on the physical wear of the profession, the injuries that accumulate over a long career, and the stretches away from his family that come with training and touring. Rather than treating Keith as a curiosity, the film sits with the ordinary mechanics of his routine, the coaching sessions he runs for other fighters, the preparation before a match, the return home afterward. It is a small-scale portrait, built around one man's persistence rather than the spectacle of the sport itself, and it lets his own account of the sacrifices carry the story.
