Management of Services: Concepts, Design, and Delivery
MIT Sloan's graduate course applies operations management tools to the service sector, covering both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Cases and frameworks span health care, hospitality, internet services, supply chain, transportation, retailing, food service, entertainment, financial services, humanitarian services, and government services.
