Overconsumption or “La surconsommation” as its originally titled, is a short six minute documentary / feature, filled with haunting time-lapse footage that reveals the processes involved in mass producing food for human consumption. Description Update:I have been informed that this short is actually a clip from a documentary entitled “Samsara”. Regardless of this I believe the clip is still worthy of its own spot on DH.
