A man deep in heroin addiction sits for an interview and talks plainly about what the drug has done to his life. The film offers no narrator, no expert commentary, and no reenactment, just his own account of the daily mechanics of use and its cost, filmed in a single sitting. It includes intravenous drug use on camera, shown without cutting away, which is the closest thing the film has to an argument: this is what the habit actually looks like day to day, not a dramatized version of it. There is no follow-up, no resolution, and no indication of what happens to him after the interview ends. The whole film is built around his testimony and that footage, leaving the viewer to sit with an unfiltered first-person account rather than a constructed case study.
