Return Of The Amityville Horror
Wolfe Manor, a former hospital in Clovis, California, has a reputation as one of the state's most haunted buildings, and this film follows an investigative team that spends the night inside it with cameras, audio recorders, and other equipment meant to catch evidence of paranormal activity. The crew moves room to room through the empty wards and corridors, reviewing footage and audio for anomalies as they go, and pausing between vigils to talk with witnesses, paranormal investigators, and other specialists who lay out the building's history and its reported hauntings. The team weighs what they capture against ordinary explanations, old wiring, settling structures, drafts, before treating anything as unexplained, and the film lets both the skeptical and believing voices make their case without settling the argument for the viewer. It plays out less as a ghost story than as a procedural: set up equipment, wait, listen back, argue about what you heard.
