Delhi's monuments and bazaars draw millions of tourists a year, and host Conor Woodman spends the episode finding out how many of them get fleeced before they leave. Woodman meets a fixer who explains how a tourist can be passed from stranger to stranger, each one playing a scripted role, until they end up in a shop paying triple the going rate. The episode also follows a scam artist working the train stations, coaching new arrivals with fake directions that funnel them toward accomplices. Shot on location in markets, station platforms, and back-alley gem shops, the film treats its subjects less as villains than as workers in an informal economy with its own hierarchy and rules. It closes with Woodman totting up how much he lost playing along, and how ordinary the hustlers considered it.
