Crystals sold online as cures for anxiety, skin problems, and bad energy trace back to Jaipur, India's gemstone hub, where the footage in this film shows a different reality. Cameras go inside a polishing unit where workers breathe stone dust without protection, into a bangle workshop where trafficked children work off debts, and down rat-hole mines where kids risk cave-ins to extract raw stone. Intercut with this is the influencer side of the business: live sales pitching crystals for healing and beauty, and clips of celebrities endorsing them, none of it acknowledging where the material comes from. Interviews with supply-chain researchers and shop owners lay out how little anyone actually verifies about sourcing once a stone reaches a Western storefront, and the film asks whether the EU's new supply chain law could force accountability onto an industry that has mostly avoided it. The contrast the film keeps returning to is simple: a stone marketed as spiritually cleansing, mined by a child who has no choice in the matter.
