The first episode, Raids in the Rainforest, follows Brazil's youngest national park director as she takes on drug gangs, logging mafia, and illegal fishing operations inside her territory. The second, The Justice Boat, rides along with Judge Sueli Pini, who travels the river delivering legal rulings and basic healthcare to riverside communities the Brazilian state otherwise treats as invisible, with no access to courts or clinics. The third, The Internet Indians, follows the Ashaninka people defending land rich in valuable tropical timber against logging gangs who have already killed and threatened villagers, using cameras, phones, and internet connections to document the incursions and organize resistance instead of weapons. Across all three episodes the camera stays close to the people doing the work: a park director on patrol, a judge on a boat, villagers filming intruders on their own land. The series treats protection of the Amazon as a series of individual, ongoing fights rather than one settled cause.
