Alex Jones lays out the case that Barack Obama's 2008 campaign was engineered by the same banking and corporate interests that backed George W. Bush, using archival speeches, news clips, and interviews to argue that "change" was a marketing slogan rather than a policy shift. Economist John Williams, author G. Edward Griffin, and researcher Alan Watt appear on camera to walk through the Federal Reserve's role in the 2008 financial crash, the bailout of major banks, and the overlap between Obama's economic team and Goldman Sachs and Citigroup alumni. The film traces Obama's rise through the Council on Foreign Relations and Bilderberg-linked advisors, and revisits campaign promises on healthcare, war, and civil liberties against the administration's early actions. Jones narrates throughout, framing the presidency as continuity of a pre-planned globalist agenda rather than a break from it. Whatever one makes of the argument, the film assembles its case with the interviews, clip compilations, and narration structure typical of Jones's Infowars productions, not a bare monologue.
