Nuclear power gets pitched across Europe as a climate solution, but the fuel behind it has to come from somewhere. This film follows that supply chain to Australia, home to the world's largest uranium deposits, and traces the material from the ground through processing to the waste left behind once it has been used. Rather than staying in policy debates about emissions, the camera goes to the mining sites themselves, asking what extraction does to the land and the people working it, and what happens to the tailings and residue once the ore has been stripped of its usable uranium.
