Three long-haul truckers cross some of Asia's most punishing terrain in this compilation of episodes originally produced by CNA. In Xinjiang, Guo Quan hauls cargo toward the Khunjerab Pass at 4,733 meters, threading switchbacks and thin air near the China-Pakistan border. In central India, female trucker Yogita drives through a heatwave and later through heavy fog and monsoon rain to reach a pickup in Meghalaya. In the Himalayas, trucker Sonu is caught in what the film calls the worst natural disaster in the region in a century, then presses on toward Leh in Ladakh once the roads reopen. The camera rides with each driver through cab interviews, roadside breakdowns, and landslide-blocked passes, building a picture of a job most cargo recipients never think about. There is no host or narrator layered over the action beyond context cards marking each leg; the drivers' own exhaustion and nerve carry the story across three linked episodes running just over two hours combined.
