The film follows the men behind the wheel of these overloaded, aging trucks nicknamed 'flying trucks' for the speed and recklessness required to keep goods from rotting before they reach market. Cameras ride along through washed-out mountain tracks, crumbling asphalt, and chaotic urban traffic, capturing blown tires, near-misses with oncoming vehicles, and the makeshift repairs drivers perform roadside when their trucks break down mid-route. Interviews with drivers and their families reveal what drives them to take on this work despite the danger: debt, family obligations, and the simple lack of safer alternatives.
