MIT MIT-OCW
Finance Theory II
MIT Sloan's continuation of its corporate finance sequence, focused on applying financial theory to real business decisions. Sessions mix lectures with discussion of business cases covering topics such as capital budgeting, risk and return, options and corporate liabilities, and capital structure decisions. Materials available through MIT OpenCourseWare include lecture notes, case assignments, and problem sets, letting learners work through the same analytical tools MIT students use to evaluate investment and financing choices. No certificate is offered, but the full set of course materials is free to access and use for self study.
