U-Lab: Leading Profound Innovation for a More Sustainable World
This MIT Sloan School of Management course examines how leaders can drive systemic change toward a more sustainable economy and society. Structured around personal reflection, relational, and societal practices, it introduces the presencing framework developed by Otto Scharmer, linking individual awareness shifts to organizational and economic transformation.
