Experimental Physics I & II (Junior Lab)
MIT's two-semester laboratory sequence for undergraduate physics majors, numbered 8.13 in fall and 8.14 in spring. Students perform experiments that replicate the historical discoveries underlying atomic and nuclear physics, learning to design measurements, analyze data statistically, and write scientific papers documenting their results.
