Seminar in Electric Power Systems
MIT OpenCourseWare offers this graduate seminar on planning and operating modern electric power systems, with content adjusted to instructor and class interests each term. Core material covers power system structure, component representation including transmission lines, transformers, generating plants, and loads, plus power flow analysis, multimachine dynamics and control, steady-state and transient stability, and system protection.
