System Safety
System Safety is an MIT course on analyzing and designing safer engineered systems, taught within the Institute for Data, Systems, and Society and the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics. It covers the causes of accidents in general and examines recent major accidents in detail, alongside hazard analysis methods and safety-driven design techniques.
