A Hands-On Introduction to Nuclear Magnetic Resonance
MIT's introduction to NMR pairs classical theory with lab work on real instrumentation. Lectures cover spin dynamics, relaxation, and pulse sequences, and each one is followed by a hands-on experiment designed to demonstrate the concept just taught. Lab topics progress from basic spin physics through spectroscopy to imaging, giving students direct experience running an NMR spectrometer rather than just reading about how one works.
