A rigorous mathematical treatment of quantum field theory built from geometry rather than physics intuition. The course moves from classical and quantum mechanics and field theory through 0-dimensional QFT, 1-dimensional QFT, and general d-dimensional QFT, then adds supergeometry and field theories with fermions before closing with an introduction to 2-dimensional conformal field theory. Materials come from MIT OpenCourseWare and include lecture notes and readings suited to graduate-level study in mathematics or mathematical physics. The approach favors precise definitions and proofs over heuristic physics arguments, aiming to give mathematicians a solid axiomatic footing for QFT concepts that are often introduced informally elsewhere.
