Innovation Teams is MIT's long-running lab-to-market course, taught jointly by the School of Engineering and the Sloan School of Management under Luis Perez-Breva. It teaches skills for turning deep technology out of the lab into real-world impact, covering problem framing, team-based innovation practice, and the steps a technical project takes toward societal or market use. Materials on MIT OpenCourseWare include the syllabus, assignments, and project structure used in the actual MIT class, giving a practical view of how engineers and management students collaborate on innovation projects rather than a theoretical overview. There is no certificate; this is a straight OpenCourseWare release of course materials, free to use under MIT's open license.
