Lean Enterprise en Español
This MIT OpenCourseWare offering presents a Spanish-language subset of course 16.660J, Introduction to Lean Six Sigma Methods, originally delivered at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile through its Centro de Excelencia en Gestión de Producción (GEPUC) in April 2013. It covers the fundamentals of Lean thinking and Lean Six Sigma tools for organizational productivity, with applied examples from aerospace, automotive, and healthcare sectors. Learning is hands-on: a Lego simulation, a virtual factory tour, and guest expert talks reinforce the concepts.
