Strategic Management II
An advanced continuation of 15.902 Strategic Management I from MIT's Sloan School of Management, taught by Professor Arnoldo Hax. The course applies strategic management concepts and frameworks in depth, working through methodologies and analytical tools used in real corporate strategy work. Hax draws on his own consulting and research experience to illustrate how these frameworks play out in actual company settings, moving beyond theory into applied case analysis. Materials on MIT OpenCourseWare include the syllabus, lecture notes, and assignments used in the original MIT course. No enrollment or certificate is offered since this is a self-paced OpenCourseWare publication, but all course materials are free to access and use.
